Without an order a request for special item art will have a minimum $20 art charge.
To request a custom patch please include a picture suitable for tracing of anything you wish us to attempt to match.
Full payment is expected before production. Shipments will not be made without invoice paid in full plus any CHANGE ORDERS. Contact us for acceptable exceptions.
Making Inquiries
Always include your 4 digit workorder number when making
inquiries. We do not use your name to track your order. We use your
4 digit work order number. If you do not have your 4 digit number then
email us with the date of your order including your name. Do not use
that huge Order Number generated by the checkout cart. It is for security
purposes and we do not track it unless compelled by issue.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT DUTIES: (FOR ALL ORDERS) are paid by the buyer or person
at the receiving end.
•Customs And Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied
once your package reaches your country. Letter Jackets USA does not collect
duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order
for your package to clear customs.
You may pay Customs and Import Duties in your country.
DELIVERY TIME: (FOR ALL ORDERS)

•Production time is typically 14 (absolute minimum) to 30 "working
days not ca lender days" (off season) and up to 8 weeks from
mid November through March. plus shipping time to your Country or State
(at least 7 working days for shipping time).
Direct to jacket embroidered decoration
is done at only one of our offshore locations and at our domestic plant
(with applicable charges added).
Chenille (produced in Texas) decoration and attachment is done in USA.
For Chenille Decorated Letter Jackets expect 4 weeks additional time.

Refund Policy terms and conditions

We do not accept returns of decorated jackets.
Returns of unaltered and undecorated jakcets will happen under certain circumstances. If you need to return the items you've purchased, we will be glad to work with you. However, even though we are very customer oriented, and our customers mean everything to us, there are still limitations on returns. We do not stock and all product is custom made to your specific order.
Some items purchased from us may be exchanged and returned within 10 business
days* from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new,
unworn condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid
and, for your protection, insured. We will charge a re-stocking fee
of $55 per vinyl jacket and $80 for leather sleeve $USD for every
exchange. Take your time to verify your colors before ordering and
take extreme care with your ordering process and your size decision.
We will not be responsible for wrong sizes or wrong colors chosen by our
customers, we will exchange for another size or color jacket once we have
received your returned new condition, undecorated jacket (please request
a RA number from us at ljinfo@tstar.net.com plus your $55 USD per vinyl
$80 for leather sleeve jacket re-stocking fee). Please note that you will
also be responsible for any additional cost incurred for shipping &
handling and any other customs fee.
Please note: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item.
Please include your order date and 4 digit workorder/invoice number, to
expedite processing of your credit.
For the health and safety reason, no returns of worn items will be accepted.
We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine
if it fits.
How to Return a Purchase? (All Orders)
Contact our Customer service department to receive a RA number. You may
contact us via email

Please use the original shipping box and package materials.
Retain your packing list and/or receipt and enclose it with the item you
are returning.
Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on
your package.

For your protection, return the product via UPS or FedEx prepaid, or U.S.
Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number
or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.
Shipment Mistakes:
Mistaken shipments, and mistaken order processing are human nature. If there is a mistake in shipping or processing your order, Letter Jackets may be willing to exchange the product at no additional charge.
Unless Express checkout is used, we only ship to the cardholder's address regardless of the SHIPTO: address entered at checkout. By SPECIAL request we will attempt to alter the SHIPTO: address. However for numerous reasons it is virtually impossible to guarantee. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF PRODUCT IS SHIPPED TO CARD HOLDERS ADDRESS.
Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
All sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are clearly marked "closeout" on the product page, the basket page, and your email confirmation and on your packing slip.
We reserve the right to amend our policies even after products are in production and without notification.
