**SETIN SLEEVES  are sewn into jacket body like tee shirt sleeves are sewn into the tee body.

**RAGLAN SLEEVES  are cut from the neckline diagonally down to the arm pit.  This presentation is a more stylish less athletic cut and generally is combined with a foldover collar or a sailor collar.
Our jackets are FULL CUT jacket sizing Melton premium style wool. Leather is Cowhide. Our vinyl used for the jackets is superior to any manufactured just a few years ago.

It is dry cleanable (not recommended, however) cold crack resistant and much softer and rounder for a leather like feel.

Thermal quilted poly fiber insulated lining "optional" makes a jacket feel quality and stable.

These can be decorated in a shorter period of time Custom made blank jackets are typically made ready to ship blank in about 21 business days and can take up to 3 weeks to decorate. Consider order patches sent separate for you to attach. Separate chenille takes about the same amount of time. Exceptions include complex design like mascots.

If size is uncertain go to a sporting goods store and try on a name brand letter jacket.

We do not recommend quilted lining in youth size jackets. It simply takes up too much size room and they may not fit!

Patches are easy to order. Chenille is the moss stitch like carpet.

We do many smaller quantity chenille orders from the net. Therefore, to eliminate waste and keep costs in line, we require at minimum six alike patches to allow color changes in a single order.
